We kicked off the 2025/26 season with an unforgettable trip to Barcelona!
Players explored the city, trained daily, and competed in showcase matches against top local Spanish teams, the perfect way to welcome many new faces into the IFG Family.

In September, we proudly welcomed over 140 players to the UK!
Some began their university journey alongside our full-time IFG Football Programme, while others started their Gap Year, training like professionals with IFG Macclesfield FC.

⭐ Premier League Inspiration
A special highlight early in the season was when our players had the chance to meet Danny Simpson, former Manchester United and Leicester City defender, and a Premier League winner.
Danny shared valuable insights from his professional career, spoke about his journey to the top level, and offered advice on what it takes to succeed both on and off the pitch. An unforgettable experience for our players!
🎃 Halloween Fun & Media Day Magic
We ended October with our much-loved Halloween Tournament, where all players arrived in creative fancy dress for a day of fun and friendly competition. 👻
On October 31st, our players attended Media Day at The Leasing.com Stadium, home of Macclesfield FC. For many, it was their first time stepping into the impressive stadium.
Players repped the new Macclesfield FC black & grey kit, while the Women’s Team showcased the sleek white & pink 2025/26 kit. ⚫⚪💗
