The Goal Machine, Martin Figeroea has signed and agreed to terms to join the Mexican side Inter De Queretaro.
Inter De Queretaro play in the Liga Premier De Mexico which is Mexican second division.
Figeroea was a part of our International Academy where he completed a gap year where he gained experience from staying and training helping to develop his skills.
Martin had a very successful time with us scoring over 20+ goals for our Under 21s side and was chosen Player’s Player of the Year for 2022/23 leading to him making the step up to the Under 23s team.
Our Gap Year programme offers players to live like a full-time professional footballer with daily training with our UEFA qualified coaches, weekly competitive matches to suit the players level with opportunities/pathways to play and train with mens first teams. The players will also receive game analysis, recovery session and individual physical training with our strength and conditioning coach.
The Gap Year Programme can allow players to either take a break for education and focus fully on football or continue to study online whilst taking part in the full-time football schedule.
