Our pre-season trip to Barcelona is just around the corner and our sides are set for a busy 10 days of living the professional footballer life in Spain.
During the trip, our student athletes will get to visit some of the sites in Barcelona including the famous Camp Nou as well as a visit to Barca’s museum and facilities plus other educational trips.
Our sides will also train every day including a number of beach sessions in the Spanish sun. The U19s and U21s will play local Spanish sides plus our Women’s team will also play against Santa Susanna.
The student athletes will also get professional insight from a number of individuals in different areas of football. Girona FC nutritionist Sergi Mateo, Physical trainer of Andorra FC Aitor Yeto, as well as Ecuador National Team Assistant Coach Albert Fernandez, will all be giving a first-hand account of what working in football is like.
Whilst living life as a footballer, the student athletes will also undertake analysis sessions as well as training every day helping to further their skills.
A great way to get the student-athletes ready for the upcoming season.
